As the camp’s proud main programme partner, we had the opportunity to show that resilience is not something you are simply born with. It is a mindset and a skill that can be developed.
This year’s camp, organised by the ZET Foundation and Olga Girstlová, focused on one of the most important skills young people can develop: building resilience and taking responsibility for their own future.
Through an intensive programme called Metamorphosis, young people from children’s homes and foster families explored stress management, negotiation under pressure and cybersecurity, all led by experienced professionals.

Echo24 has now featured the story of this year’s camp and its impact on the young people who took part.
